ÇYDD at the European Union’s “Civil Society Faces of Turkey” exhibition

At the European Union’s Turkey Exhibition, ÇYDD was represented by our former scholarship studentand current executive committee member Elif Kiy.

The European Parliament invited us to present ÇYDD and the work we do at their “Civil Society Faces of Turkey” exhibition. Throughout the show, 11 Civil Society Organizations and teachers Dilek Livaneli and Cevat Ayna came together and discussed theirrespective much valued projects with passion. Elif Kiyrepresented ÇYDD. Wide range of work the NGOsaccomplish in Turkey and their importance for the future of our country were noted.

We wish that this exhibition develops cooperation among the participants for future projects.  We would like to thank very much the EU Parliament Member and Turkey-EU Joint Parliamentary Committee Vice-Chairperson Miltiadis Krykos and his team for putting together this productive exhibition.
