While we are experiencing the pride and joy of reaching the 100th anniversary of our Republic, as
CAGDAS YASAMI DESTEKLEME DERNEGI , we continue to increase our efforts to achieve the
modernization goal of the Great Atatürk through secular and scientific education.
The Republic is the product of our nation's passion for independence and freedom, and Ataturk's
revolution and principles are the result of the ideal of modernization. The achievements of our
Republic are the assurance of our country's modern future, social peace and economic development.
Our 100-year-old young Republic is the founding power of regional peace and good neighborly
relations with Atatürk's understanding of "Peace at home, peace in the world".

In the second century of our Republic, we must achieve the goal of rising above the level of
civilization that we could not achieve in the first century. Our Republic should be crowned with
democracy in its second century, and important steps should be taken, especially in the fields of
secular social structure, protection of human rights and transparent management approach.

Our youth which is the assurance of our future is our power to achieve the future goals of our
Republic. We must prepare our young people for the future with a secular and scientific education
system that meets all the requirements of the age and in schools that have no physical deficiencies
or problems, and we must never compromise on the mixed education system. We believe that
modernizing our educational conditions and ensuring equal opportunities in education is our nation's
primary mission and duty .

As ÇYDD, we will continue our work following in the footsteps of our legendary Chairman
Prof.Dr.Türkan SAYLAN. who has made great contributions to the schooling of girls, which is the basic
condition of opportunity and gender equality in education, and to the social response of this
awareness.
It is our most important duty to educate our youth with secular, scientific, modern education and
equal opportunities in order to carry our Republic into the future with strong foundations.
