Prof. Dr. "Türkan Saylan Art and Science Awards", which has been held annually by CYDD in the name of Türkan Saylan since 2011, is looking for its winner in the short story category.

To the competition; except for the selection committee members and their first-degree relatives, citizens of the Republic of Turkey who are over the age of 18 can participate with only one story book written in Turkish and published by a publishing house between January 1 and December 31, 2023. Authors who will be candidates for the award must deliver eight copies of the book along with their CV and contact information (address, telephone, e-mail address) to the address below of the Contemporary Life Support Association by February 23, 2024 at the latest. If the selection committee deems it necessary, a list of finalists may be announced before the result is announced.

Award ceremony  will be held on the anniversary of Prof. Dr.Türkan Saylan's death. Authors who submit their books to the competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms.
