” ”Contemporary Life- İbrahim -Hatun Genç education house” was inaugurated on

16.12.2017 in Trabzon / Maçka .

ÇYDD Vice President Nihal Kızıl, Headquarters Board Member Olcay Yezdani, Trabzon and Maçka non-governmental organizations, political parties, labor union and bar association representatives, ÇYDD members and youth attended the joyful inauguration ceremony. 

ÇYDD Trabzon Branch President Zuhal Aydın thanked the donor Ali İhsan Genç and his family.

Vice President Nihal Kızıl, in emphasizing the significance of such educational facilities, their purpose and role in the educational system, hoped for more more support to help raise the number of education houses. Kızıl, asked Maçka locals to take ownership of the center, encouraged women and children to participate in various projects, and advised that new projects could be developed in light of demand. Kızıl presented a plaque of gratitude to the donor Ali İhsan Genç

The donor, Ali İhsan Genç commenced his speech conveying his family’s greetings, emphasized his belief in education and hoped for this project to set an example for other similar projects in other towns.

The education house will be managed by ÇYDD Konuklarla birlikte açılışı yapılan eğitimevi, ÇYDD Trabzon members Nevin Çuhadaroğlu, Hamdiye Kazan,Talat Coşar Akyüz, Nurengin Öktem ve Nurgül Çanakçı under the leadership Gönül Çağdaş.

The first project will teach children to code and will include 24 students. Subsequently, “Hand in Hand with Women“ project  will be initiated aimed at the local mothers. All activities and projects will be offered free of charge to public.
