Çağdaş Yaşamı Destekleme Derneği (ÇYDD)  welcomed visitors to the group exhibition of 65 artists     “ Women of Four Seasons 2 “ on the March 8th World Labourer Women’s Day in Cumhuriyet Parkı İzmit Art Galery. More than 80 paintings were exhibited in the exhibition curated by ÇYDD Art Atelier teacher Filiz Kaya.

BROAD PARTICIPATION

Great interest was shown to the exhibition hosted by ÇYDD Kocaeli Branch President Meral Dönmez. Bar President Sertif Gökçe, Kocaeli Municipality Presidential Advisor Nermin Tol, Kocaeli City Council General Secretary Gültekin Görüm also attended.

DÖNMEZ: THEIR SCREAMS GIVE VOICE TO WOMEN

The opening speech of the exhibition supported by 16 women’s organizations was made by ÇYDD Kocaeli Branch President Meral Dönmez.  Dönmez said that the exhibition specially organized for “March 8th World Labourer Women’s Day “ demonatrated screams of male and female artists that came together to give voice to women. She also said “We support art following the path opened first by our leader Atatürk and then by the founder of our association Prof. Dr. Türkan Saylan.” She thanked everyone attending and supporting the exhibition.

GÖKÇE: WE TRUST OUR WOMEN

Kocaeli Bar President Sertif Gökçe who give support to women about their legal rights and who is among the supporting organizations said “We will support our women in any way we can. We trust them and we will always stand by them. We as the bar, are ready to give all kinds of support to art”. The revenue from the sales of paintings will be donated  to ÇYDD.
