University Scholarship Application Requirements
The Association for Supporting Contemporary Life (ÇYDD) provides scholarships with the ‘You Can Light a Candle Too’ project to successful university students that live by Atatürk’s principals and that need financial support.
2019-2020 Academic Year Application Dates: September 03-13 (Online application through our Web-site)
2019-2020 Academic Year Monthly Payments: 250TL (September-June, payments for ten months)
Application Requirements for University Students
· Must be a Turkish Citizen.
· Must be attending a state university in the cities that have ÇYDD branches.

· Must be in need of financial aid.
· With the exception of aid from the Higher Education Student Loan and Housing Board (KYK), must not be receiving any scholarships from public or private institutions.
· Must have an average of at least 2.00 GPA and must have obtained the right to move on to the next level.
Those Who Are Not Eligible to Apply
· Open Learning University students
· Correspondence University students
· Foundation University students
· Private University students
· Last year students (seniors) in State Universities
· Students born before 01.01.1994
Secondary and High School Scholarship Application Requirements
The Association for Supporting Contemporary Life (ÇYDD) provides scholarships with the ‘I Have a Daughter in Anatolia’ project to successful grade 9 students that live by Atatürk’s principals and that need financial support.
2019-2020 Academic Year Application Dates: September 16-October 15 (applications must be handed in personally at our branches)
2019-2020 Academic Year Scholarship Amount: 1,400.-TL (700.-TL x 2 semesters)
Application Requirements

· Must be attending state schools in cities that have ÇYDD branches.
